Return Process

Download and fill out the return form from our website. Do not send it by email; instead, place the completed form inside your return package.

3. Prepare your shipment
Pack the items securely, including all labels and accessories, along with the completed return form.

4. Ship your return
Send the parcel using a tracked shipping service and share the tracking number with us.

5. Refund processing
Once your return has arrived and passed inspection, we will issue your refund. Refunds are always processed using the original payment method, ensuring a secure and seamless transaction.

Return Conditions

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and all original labels must still be attached.

- Only authentic purchased items are accepted. Fake or unrelated items will not be refunded.
Return Period

- Returns must be requested within 14 days after receiving your order.

Return Shipping Costs

- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

- Exceptions where the seller covers shipping:

  • Incorrect items sent
  • Damaged items received
Refund Details

Exceptions

- Non-authentic items sent to us will be returned to the sender, and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

- If the return conditions are not met, the return may be refused.

- Return shipping is only covered if the mistake was on the seller`s side.
