Yes, you can cancel your order — but only if it has not yet been shipped. Since we process orders quickly, it’s important that you contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once the package has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

For limited drops, changes can only be made if the item you would like to switch to is still available at the time of your request. Since our products sell out quickly, we cannot guarantee availability.

Limited drops are collections released in small, exclusive quantities. Each drop is available for a short time, and once the items are sold out, they will not be restocked or reproduced. This ensures that every piece remains unique and exclusive to those who secure it.
